Having a software subscription or hardware R&R contract in place is not enough. Those updates need to be implemented! Our maintenance plans cover that too, of course. We get the right notifications in place with the vendors so that we can implement the right updates at the right time to keep your applications and equipment working properly. To SND, every client is different. Some just need their Windows Server systems updated via Windows Update. Others have very complicated systems that interact with and depend on each other. We tailor our Maintenance programs to meet your needs.

Please note that while here at SND we are proponents of Open Source software, we certainly are also aware of its pitfalls. For certain things, only commercially developed, fully supported technology should be used. SND strongly urges that all such technology be covered by a level of "factory" support equivalent to its importance in your environment. Anti-virus software without regular updates is pretty useless....
